Cancellation Policy

Should your travel arrangements change, please let us know so we can free up the rooms or sites.  With 14 days notice we can offer a full refund minus 3.5% kept by our credit card processor. Within 14 days you will receive a 50% refund; if we are able to re-rent the site or room we will refund the rest, other than 3.5% kept by our credit card processor. Rescheduling is always free. If you choose to reschedule, you do not need to choose new dates right away, the credit does not expire.
